We take garlic to a higher level
Grown and harvested in Carinthia, this healthy tuber spares the months and thousands of kilometers of transport in dark and damp containers to our country but practically grows "in front of the door of the consumer". This is especially noticeable in the taste and firmness of the garlic which has a very high quality.
It tastes good, fresh and intense and not "mocky" or moldy, as is so often the case with imported goods. The garlic can be used as green garlic (or fresh garlic) very well as a vegetable, as a garnish, on the grill or in dipping sauces.
